“Quality Monthly Unlimited Plan” - Terms and Conditions

• Quality Express Auto Wash (“Car Wash”) offers “Quality Monthly Wash Plan” (“Monthly Plan”) which allows the enrolled members (“Member(s)”) to wash one registered vehicle once every day, till the end of the month of activation/recharge. No long term contract is required and can be cancelled at any time.

• “Monthly Plan" is purchased with a credit or debit card. The first month's charge is prorated and is charged only for the remainder days of the month. From then on, the monthly rate is automatically charged to the card on file every first of the month until the “Monthly Plan” is cancelled or terminated.

• “Monthly Plan" requires the “Car Wash” attendant to install a barcoded (“FastPass") tag on the registered vehicle's lower left inside of the windshield on the passenger side.

• To avoid future renewals, the “Members” must cancel the “Monthly Plan” five days prior to the renewal date by calling the office during the working hours or sending a written notice of cancellation. Such written notices should be received by the “Car Wash” five days prior to the renewal date.

• If the “Members” wish to update their information such as credit card number, expiry date etc., must do so by contacting the “Car Wash” during the normal office hours.

• If a “Member” buys a new car or change the windshield or the “FastPass” is damaged, the “Member” must notify the “Car Wash” immediately. The “Car Wash” will deactivate the “FastPass” and install a new one.

• The “Monthly Plan” cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, prepaid washes etc. Gift cards cannot be used to buy a “Monthly Plan” membership.

• If the “Car Wash” is unable to process a monthly recharge on the credit or debit card on file, the “Monthly Plan" will be deactivated.

• Commercial vehicles such as “Vehicle for hire” (taxicab, chauffeured limousine etc), “Rideshare” vehicles, company fleet vehicles or vehicles that are used for conducting business activities are not eligible to participate in the “Monthly Plan”. The “Car Wash” will evaluate any applicant that seems to be commercial in nature and will use its discretion to deny the membership to the “Monthly Plan”.

• If a “FastPass” tag is tampered with or the “Monthly Plan” is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, the “Monthly Plan” membership will be immediately terminated and all monies will be forfeited.

• If a “FastPass” tag is removed and used on any vehicle other than the registered vehicle, the “Monthly Plan” membership will be immediately terminated and all monies will be forfeited.

• The “Car Wash” may at its sole and complete discretion, terminate anyone’s “Monthly Plan”. The “Car Wash” may make reasonable attempt, using the information available on file, to notify such terminations. If the “Car Wash” is unable to notify the “Member” in advance, it will be notified during his/her next visit.

• No partial refund will be given in the event of termination or cancellation.

• “FastPass” tags are the property of the “Car Wash” and must be surrendered upon request.

• The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The “Car Wash” reserves the right to cancel “Monthly Plan” program at any time without notice.

• In the event of “Monthly Plan” rates change, a notice will be posted at the physical location of the “Car Wash” 30 days in advance and the new rate will be effective only for future renewals.

• The “Car Wash” plans to close on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. It may also close for equipment failures, upgrades, incessant rain or during adverse weather conditions and no refund or adjustment will be given for such closures.
